GACA reviews air traffic numbers between Saudi Arabia and Kuwait

In conjunction with the celebrations of the 59th Kuwait National Day day, which falls on the twenty-fifth of February every year under the slogan "renewed accord". The General Authority of Civil Aviation (GACA) issued a statistical report on air traffic between the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the State of Kuwait during 2019, which included the numbers of passengers and flights.
 
The statistic revealed an increase of 13% in the number of departing and arriving passengers between the two countries compared to 2018. The increase amounted to 1.48 million passengers, transported through 11.753 thousand flights.
 
This comes within GACA’s celebration with the State of Kuwait on the occasion of their 59th National Day, as an expression of the deep fraternal relationship between the two brotherly countries. A congratulatory mode between the two brotherly countries, which is part of the national duty towards Kuwait and its people.
 
Moreover, the Kingdom's airports continue to celebrate the 59th National Day of the sisterly country of Kuwait under the slogan "renewed accord", where at King Khalid Airport in Riyadh souvenirs were distributed today on the occasion, the Saudi and Kuwaiti national flags were handed out to Kuwaiti arriving passengers as well. The Kuwaiti’s national anthem was also played throughout terminals.
