Duties & Responsability

  • Perform protocol activities, such as receiving delegations and guests, arranging their accommodations, and seeing to their travel arrangements.
  • Seeing to the needs of the Authority’s guests during their stay, and providing the required hospitality needs.
  • Arrange and manage social and recreational activities.
  • Oversee the preparation and execution of the department’s approved plans and programs.
  • Organize honoring ceremonies, secure bookings, and make travel arrangements for guests and see them off.
  • Suggest designs of presents and souvenirs.
  • Organize and supervise ceremonies, seminars, gatherings, conferences, and exhibitions held by the Authority.
  • Keep track of regional and international civil aviation conferences and exhibitions.
  • Boost the aspect of civil aviation conferences and exhibitions in the Kingdom’s national civil aviation industry.
  • Prepare and ready visit programs to regional and international conferences and exhibitions.
  • Highlight the Kingdom’s capabilities in civil aviation and the role it can play in holding related conferences and exhibitions.
  • Secure approvals for international and regional conferences to be held in the Kingdom.
  • Prepare and deploy brochures and printed materials that pertain to conferences.
  • Supervise the work of accredited contractors tasked with organizing conferences and exhibitions.
  • Perform any other tasks within the division’s scope of work.
