Civil Aviation lifted the ban on carrying the computer for trips to Britain


Riyadh, 21 December 2017

The General Authority for Civil Aviation, the airlines flying from the Kingdom to the British airports, lifted the ban on computers and tablets with passengers inside the cabin of the aircraft, and the procedures will be effective from the date of (3 Rabi II 1439) (21 December 2017) This decision is valid at King Khalid International Airport in Riyadh and King Abdulaziz International Airport in Jeddah. The Authority is exerting its efforts in coordinating and following up the procedures to lift the ban on carrying tablets and laptops with passengers.
 
The Commission urged all passengers to communicate with airlines regularly to know the conditions and procedures applied by some countries before traveling to them.
