GACA Holds Services Enhancement Workshop

The Saudi General Authority of Civil Aviation began a three-day workshop on enhancing the level of services in Jeddah on Monday.
Many professionals from Saudi airports, government agencies, national and international airlines are attending the workshop, moderated by Ron Kaufman, an internationally renowned expert, author and speaker in the customer service field.
With this workshop, the Authority aims to develop, enhance, and boost the quality of services at airports by training staff on ways to achieve excellence and offer the best possible services to airport users among Saudis and residents.
