GACA’s Board of Directors holds a meeting chaired by His Excellency the Transport Minister

The Board of Directors of the General Authority of Civil Aviation (GACA) held yesterday in its headquarters at the capital city of in Riyadh, this year meeting headed by His Excellency the Transport Minister and Chairman of GACA Board of Directors, Eng. Saleh Al Jasser, and in the presence of their Excellencies Board members.
 
The Board reviewed the transformation program that GACA is working on and the initiatives and achievements accomplished. The Board also discussed several topics on its current agenda and took a number of decisions in their regards.
 
At the end of its session, the Board noted the importance of intensifying efforts and doing more to improve the overall performance of the sector. Furthermore, to increase all efforts taken to strengthen the role of civil aviation in order to raise the level of this vital sector and increase its competitive value, in order to achieve the aspirations of leadership in investing in this sector and develop it to serve the traveling public, all in line with the fundamental goals of the Saudi Vision 2030.
