  • Manage contractors, suppliers and vendors contracts
  • Plan ANS HR needs in conjunction with Corporate HR
  • Coordinate ANS training needs and plans with divisions and sections

  • Administer ANS technical library
  • Manage ANS print shop
9.1 Contract Management
  • Monitor contractors and ensure their adherence to all aspects of the contract
  • Ensure contractor adherence to applicable KSA laws, rules and regulations
  • Coordinate with relevant parties the provision of all contractual requirements to contractors
  • Monitor and control contractors field operating expenditures
  • Audit all bills and invoices provided by contractors and ensure that associated expenditures are within the scope of the contracts
  • Hand-in equipment, spare parts and supplies to contractors at the beginning of the project or program
  • Supervise the hand-over of equipment, spare parts and supplies from contractors at the end of the project or program
9.2 IT Support
  • Act as ANS IT Helpdesk to provide a first-level support for ANS personnel on the different systems used
  • Coordinate the implementation and upgrades of systems and applications within ANS
9.3 HR
  • Plan HR needs with ANS divisions and sections and in conjunction with Corporate HR
  • Evaluate and select proposals for external training programs and review and approve ANS divisions and sections internal training plans in conjunction with Corporate HR
  • Ensure facilities and equipment contracts suppliers and vendors provides agreed upon training
  • Oversee an On the job training (OJT) program for air traffic control trainees and technicians
  • Coordinate the provision of examinations for certification with Corporate HR
  • Manage and oversee the summer training program for students
  • Keep records of all training programs provided and of all certified technicians and mechanics
  • Provide government services to ANS personnel (visa, residencies, passports, ... )
  • Conduct surveys to ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of training provided
9.4 Finance
  • Manage the billing and collection of ANS fees from commercial air operators general aviation operators and the military
  • Process invoices and review and disburse funds for expenses (up to a pre-set limit)
  • Maintain general ledger account and manage fixed assets accounting (physical counts of assets, maintenance and update of the fixed assets system)
  • Manage bank accounts and conduct monthly and annual closing activities and prepare financial statements
  • Support ANS budgeting process and perform budget control:
  • Provide input to ANS budget preparation
  • Track performance against budget
  • Report on budget status per department
  • Prepare monthly performance management reports 
  • Report regularly and upon request on financial performance to Vice President
9.5 Properties
  • Keep records of all assets purchased owned and used by ANS in conjunction with Finance
  • Arrange general auctions for equipment, vehicles and furniture to be scrapped
  • Keep records of all ANS assets auctioned and sold or scrapped
  • Conduct regular and periodic audit for owned fixed assets
  • Manage the fleet (350 cars)
9.6 Technical Publication
  • Administer the ANS technical library that includes all ANS publications ATM-CNS system manuals and electronic
  • Print all publications related to ANS
  • Support ANS in technical translation
  • Develop and update all GACA orders in conjunction with ANS departments
9.7 Administrative Support
  • Manage the telex and fax room
  • Handle phone operations and reception
  • Administer archives
  • Manage correspondences and distribute mail and announcements
  • Issue required entry permits
  • Handle all office and facilities supplies
