An inspection and control teams at the General Civil Aviation Authority (GACA) start their supervisory rounds to ensure the extent of the Kingdom's compliance with the implementation of preventive precautionary measures to combat the spread of the Corona pandemic and monitored the commitment of national air carriers and airport workers to preventive precautionary measures. Meanwhile, GACA continues its plan to follow up the implementation of the precautionary measures contained in the aviation operating manual in light of the Corona pandemic, and the circular on airports and relevant authorities to adhere to the procedures, including adherence to the "Tawakolna" program for workers in the facilities to ensure the provision of personal protection means and to raise the capabilities of workers to evaluate suspected cases of the virus and deal with these cases in the travel halls or on the means of transport and to make sure that the required conditions are met, observations are monitored, and periodic reports are prepared related to passenger safety

This comes in conjunction with the instructions of His Excellency the President of GACA, Mr. Abdul Hadi bin Ahmed Al-Mansoori, that all civil aviation employees and airport workers must adhere to using the "Tawakolna" application and follow the precautionary measures and preventive measures taken by the competent authorities to prevent the spread of the Corona virus among members of society.

GACA is keen to develop and improve the field of the aviation industry and provide the best services to the beneficiaries of the Kingdom's airports in competition with the world's airports, and in accordance with the best international standards, which contributes to improving services and facilitating travel procedures and reducing the time it takes for the traveler to complete the procedures before boarding the plane with the application of all preventive measures from  Novel Coronavirus (COVID) 19.
