ATM-CNS Planning

• Plan ANS communication, navigation and surveillance operational needs and requirements with Operations Planning
• Translate operational needs and requirements into projects in conjunction with Systems Engineering
• Coordinate required ATM-CNS investments and budgeting needs with Business Planning & Development
• Plan for the application of the latest technologies in air traffic management through attending international and regional conferences and meetings and bench-marking ATM-CNS systems used by other ANSPs
• Assess the impact of changes in ATS procedures and airspace structure on current and planned ATM-CNS systems
• Prepare technical and operational reports in conjunction with Systems Engineering
• Coordinate with Safety and Systems Engineering the certification of air navigation systems
