We receives all complaints related to air transport service providers (Saudi airports - national air carriers - foreign air carriers operating in Saudi Arabia - services provided by GACA).
You can file a complaint through one of GACA’s communication channels.
You must file a complaint with the air carrier first, and if you don’t receive a response within (7) days or if you have an objection to the solution provided by the air carrier, you can escalate your complaint to us.
You must submit your complaint within (60) days from the date of the incident.
The Passenger Rights Protection Regulation applies to all flights of national air carriers and flights of a foreign air carrier which depart from one of The Saudi airports; in addition, the flights that come from outside of Saudi are related only to baggage complaints.

Paying compensations and refunding a ticket value is according to the payment method used in ticket purchase within (15) working days from the date of claim unless it conflicts with other relevant regulation.

The Air Force Technical Studies Institute is not accredited by GACA because it is a military institute, not a civilian one, affiliated with the Air Force.

By visiting GACA headquarters and fill out a form containing contact information and the purpose of the interview. This request will be forwarded to the concerned department to communicate with the applicant to inform him with the date of interview with His Excellency GACA President.

1- Deregister the drone through the Drones platform
2- Re-register it through the platform under the commercial list, provided that (a freelance work document or commercial register) is attached
3- Pay the registration fees.
The requirements must be provided according to GACAR Part 149, and the required activity must be selected according to the regulations of the General Authority of Civil Aviation.
