We receives all complaints related to air transport service providers (Saudi airports - national air carriers - foreign air carriers operating in Saudi Arabia - services provided by GACA).


You can file a complaint through one of GACA’s communication channels.


You must file a complaint with the air carrier first, and if you don’t receive a response within (7) days or if you have an objection to the solution provided by the air carrier, you can escalate your complaint to us.

The Passenger Rights Protection Regulation applies to all flights of national air carriers and flights of a foreign air carrier which depart from one of The Saudi airports; in addition, the flights that come from outside of Saudi are related only to baggage complaints.

The Air Force Technical Studies Institute is not accredited by GACA because it is a military institute, not a civilian one, affiliated with the Air Force.
