Mission
To coordinate GACA plans for future, based on the direction of the President and GACA agreed objectives; to support implementation of the approved plans. To help instill a culture of change in the organization.
Duties & Responsability
Developing long term plans in conjunction with other government departments
Developing strategies of implementation with short and medium term initiatives
Supporting GACA departments to implement the agreed initiatives, to an agreed timeframe
Report on progress of initiatives.
Develop performance measurements to validate initiatives success.
