GACA: Starting tomorrow, Wednesday, the suspension of direct arrivals to the Kingdom from (6) countries will be lifted

The Saudi General Authority of Civil Aviation (GACA) confirmed that starting from one o’clock in the morning tomorrow, Wednesday, 26/04/1443, corresponding to 01/12/2021, the suspension of direct entry to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia will begin to be lifted for (6) countries from which entry is suspended, namely: (Republic of Indonesia, Islamic Republic of Pakistan, Federal Republic of Brazil, Socialist Republic of Vietnam, Arab Republic of Egypt, and Republic of India), without having to spend (14) days outside these countries before entering the Kingdom.
GACA stressed to all air carriers the importance of implementing the following arrival procedures:
1- Presenting a valid PCR certificate 72 hours before the flight.
2- Register on the Qdoom platform.
3- The application of an institutional quarantine procedures for a period of (5) days, regardless of the immunization status outside the Kingdom.
4- Adherence to taking a medical swab on the first and fifth days of the institutional quarantine.
GACA affirmed the commitment to the implementation of all precautionary and preventive measures adopted in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
