69% the passengers satisfaction for the month of February at the three major airports Riyadh, Jeddah and Dammam

The percentage of passengers’ satisfaction for the quality of services rendered at King Khalid International Airport (KKIA), King Abdulaziz International Airport (KAIA) in Jeddah and King Fahad International Airport (KFIA) in Dammam, which reached an overall level of sixty-nine percent on February of this year generated by the monthly statistical report issued by the General Authority of Civil Aviation (GACA).
 
More than 450,000 passengers participated in the survey; the level of satisfaction with the services provided at King Khalid International Airport was recorded at seventy-four percent an increase of 2% from last January.  The survey percentage for King Abdulaziz International Airport was recorded at sixty-one percent with an increase of 2% as well from last January, while the survey percentage for King Fahad International Airport (KFIA) stayed stable at seventy percent.
 
GACA represented by the Department of Quality and Customer Protection, has since last December issued a monthly reports on passengers satisfaction level at KKIA in Riyadh, KAIA in Jeddah and KFIA in Dammam to assess the current level of services, in an effort to improve those services by applying the highest level of international standards available.
 
It is worth noting that GACA has established the General Department of Quality and Customer Protection  in order to achieve international standards for the quality of service provided to passengers through the application of the best international practices in the quality of passengers services.  Evaluation of the current level of services, analyzing the data, as well as conducting onsite inspections and preparation of reports on the level of customer satisfaction and feedbacks on the service provided.  This contribute to the evaluation of the level of services and thereafter finding the solutions of any misgivings.   All in an effort to develop and improve the service provided to the travelling public.
