The President of the General Authority of Civil Aviation sponsors the graduation ceremony of the third batch of “Future Leaders” program

The General Authority of Civil Aviation (GACA) held a graduation ceremony for the third batch of graduates of the “Future Leaders” program under the patronage of Mr. Abdulhakeem Altamimi President of GACA.
 
The goal of the Future Leader program, which is overseen by the Joint Services Sector, is to attract and select the best elements of qualified university graduates.  Train those graduates through the highest level of international standards.
 
GACA work through this program is to train and qualify outstanding bachelor and master’s degree holders in specialized and administrative fields.  The candidates are selected according to a set of specific conditions.  The number of graduates for the third batch of Future Leaders 2017 program have reached 16 graduates.  The graduates attained theoretical and practical training, in addition to the continuous evaluation at every stage of the program, in order to qualify them in accordance to the highest possible standards, in line with GACA future development in the field of the aviation industry.  The main goal is to increase the level of efficiency and performance of all sectors, in line with the national Kingdom vision 2030 and the best ways to achieve GACA’s objectives.
 
GACA is keen to attract the most distinguished graduates, and is set to train them through the Future Leaders Program which was launched in 2015.  The program aim is to prepare trainees in specialized and administrative positions in various sections at GACA.  All in an effort to achieve the strategic goals of GACA.  The program is part of an initiative by GACA to develop its human resources and give qualified Saudi nationals the full opportunity and an investment in their talent after gaining the necessary expertise and the development of their capabilities.
