Civil Aviation organizes two security courses

The General Authority of Civil Aviation represented by the Aviation Security Sector, organized two specialized aviation security training courses at the King Abdul Aziz International Airport Development Center in Jeddah. The Authority cooperated in conducting the security courses with the Dubai Aviation Security Center in the United Arab Emirates. The courses lasted for (11) days for (60) trainees, (30) are specialist in security field. 30% of these seats were distributed to many security sectors are participating in aviation security such as Special Forces, airport security, air forces, and general customs.
 
The Aviation Security center of Dubai sent many certified trainers in the international civil aviation organization (ICAO) for training in the two courses that organized by the Authority. The first course is called (Aviation Security supervisors), while the other course was under title (Airports security quality), these two courses are certified by ICAO.
 
HE Mr. Mubarak bin Mashhoor Al Shahrani, Assistant President of Aviation Security, stressed the keenness of the Authority to hold such specialized courses in aviation security, which comes in the context of the importance of security in the Kingdom's airports. Also these courses contribute the trainees to acquire more experiences in this field and awareness of risks and how to deal with, and develop the participant and specialists capacity. In addition to keep up with the developments in Aviation security and being familiar with its methods and implementation methods at the Kingdom's Airports, stressing that this specialized course deals with many subjects and experiences related to the laws of Aviation security.
 
"The aim of the courses is to improve the level of security supervision skills for the stuff are working in the kingdom's airports, also improving the airport security quality and be familiar with the international security standers for the quality control tools implementation in aviation security. The participation of the aviation security is affirmation of the keenness by his Excellency Mr. Al-Tamimi in the cooperation during the joint training with aviation security partners, which will be positive reflect on the aviation system in Kingdome", Al Shahrani added.  Assistant of the president of the aviation security honuored the graduated, participants, and training team on the tow security courses. He also thanked Dubai aviation security center for nominating tow certified trainers from the (ICAO) to provide a (aviation security supervisor) and (airports security quality).
