GACA President visits the International Technical College for Aviation Sciences

His Excellency the President of the General Authority of Civil Aviation (GACA), Mr. Abdulaziz bin Abdullah Al-Duailej, visited today the International Technical College for Aviation Sciences at the Technical and Vocational Training Corporation in Riyadh.

During his visit, His Excellency the President of GACA met with His Excellency the Governor of the Technical and Vocational Training Corporation, Dr. Ahmed bin Fahd Al-Fuhaid, during which they discussed ways of cooperation to develop cooperation in the field of youth training in the aviation sector in the Kingdom, and discuss ways of joint cooperation between the two sides, the training needs and specializations needed by the labor market, according to Vision 2030 in the field of aviation.

His Excellency was briefed on the college and the available specializations offered by the college to its trainees and the contracts it signed with its partners to attract its graduates in government and private agencies. His Excellency also made a field visit to aircraft dormitories, workshops, laboratories and halls, during which they met members of the training staff, and a number of trainees enrolled in summer programs.

His Excellency aspired that the college would contribute to fulfilling the actual needs of the Saudi aviation market, and be a pioneer in providing civil and military training in aviation sciences.
