Al-Shehri is an official spokeswoman for the General Authority of Civil Aviation

The General Authority of Civil Aviation has announced the appointment of Ibtisam Al-Shahri as an official spokesperson for the authority, as well as an media advisor, to enhance communication with local and international media.

This step comes as a result of the authority's keenness and interest in bridging communication with the public and the media, answering local and foreign media inquiries, providing them with information and documented statistics from official sources, in addition to promoting transparency and participation, and facilitating access to information related to the achievements, programs, initiatives, and projects of the authority.
