The General Authority of Civil Aviation (GACA) held yesterday a specialized workshop on security equipment within the framework of adopting the unification of mechanisms at all airports in the Kingdom from the technical guide point for security equipment.

The workshop witnessed a visual presentation that dealt with several axes, most notably the adoption of a unified guide for the technical specifications of security equipment, the conformity of airport security equipment with national and international standards, and the organization of maintenance work methods for security services.

This comes within the framework of the efforts by GACA to promote, support and display the best security practices and experiences and modern devices with modern, advanced and modern services in the field of aviation security in accordance with the most accurate and best practices and international standards.
