Aircraft Registration Mark Reservation Request

Description

This service allows the beneficiaries to reserve an aircraft registration mark prior to the issuance of an aircraft certificate of registration.

Audience
Pre-Requisites
• The pre-application phase is an opportunity for an applicant to study and seek clarity on reserve an aircraft registration mark.
• Registration mark will start with (HZ-) and must be 3 or 4 digits without (1, 0, O, I).
Procedure
Once it is determined that the application form and all required documents comply with applicable Saudi Civil Aviation Law GACAR 45, 47 the Aircraft Registration Office will reserve an aircraft registration mark to the applicant.

1.100-B APPLICATION FOR AIRCRAFT REGISTRATION
Required Documents
1.A transmittal letter from aircraft owner/operator or representative.
2.A Copy of Power of attorney and Authorization letter (If applicable).
