1.Copy of valid passport
2.Copy of Saudi ID / Residency permit
3.Two recent photos 3cmx3cm with white back ground (un-covered head)
4.Copies of all foreign pilot certificate.
5.For Foreign License conversion, License verification should be received on GACA E-Mail SER-CLD@gaca.gov.sa from License issued authority before conversion process
6.First page and last 4 pages copy of flight log book.
7.English Language Proficiency Certificate minimum level (4).
8.A current and valid GACA medical certificate.
9.Receipt of the required fees
10.Digital Picture ( jpg) (un cover head- white background)
11.Digital Signature (jpg)
