Foreign Air Carrier Certification - GACAR 129 (Adjustment) Service


This service allows beneficiaries to apply for the adjustment of scheduled Air Carrier’s license information such as changing the name or address which requires the adjustment of the commercial register and issuance of the Air Carrier’s office license after changing the required information.

Air Carriers (scheduled).
Required Documents
1.Application letter for the required adjustments directed to the Economic Regulation Department General Manager
2.Settlement (in case of changing the Air Carrier’s Agent)
3.Copy of the agreement (contract) with the new agent (in case of changing the Air Carrier’s Agent)
4.A copy of the leasing contract (in case of changing the address).
5.Drawing sketch of the office’s location
6.Advertisement in a daily newspaper
7.Economic license.
