Air Operator Certification – GACAR 125 (Airplanes Having a Seating Capacity of 20 or More Passengers or a Maximum Payload Capacity of 6,000 Pounds or More) Service

Description

This service allows an Air Operator to apply for certification part 125, Airplanes having a seating capacity of 20 or more Passengers or a maximum payload capacity of 6,000 pounds or more, and to determine if an Air Operator meets the rules governing this operation. Successful completion results in either issuance of Part 125 Operating certificate and appropriate operations specifications (OpSpecs) or denial of the application.

Note:
None HZ registered aircraft need LOA from the state of registry and approval for all documents (GOM,GMM,MEL,AMP ets.)

Audience
1) Non-common carriage operators for hire operations are allowed.
2) Private Carriage operators in which persons or cargo are transported without compensation for hire.
