Air Operator Certification – GACAR 125 (NONCOMMERCIAL OPERATORS USING TURBOJETS, TRANSPORT CATEGORY AIRCRAFT, OR COMMUTER CATEGORY AIRPLANES)

Description

This service allows an Air Operator to apply for certification part 125, OPERATIONS: NONCOMMERCIAL OPERATORS USING TURBOJETS, TRANSPORT CATEGORY AIRCRAFT, OR COMMUTER CATEGORY AIRPLANES, and to determine if an Air Operator meets the rules governing this operation. Successful completion results in either issuance of Part 125 Operating certificate and appropriate operations specifications (OpSpecs) or denial of the application.

Note:
None HZ registered aircraft need LOA from the state of registry and approval for all documents (GOM,GMM,MEL,AMP ets.)

Audience
Private Carriage operators in which persons or cargo are transported without compensation for hire.

Aircraft registered None-HZ will be considered leased aircraft Wet- Lease aircraft are not permitted Crew And Staff involved in the operations must be under the sponsorship of the aircraft owner.
Additional Help
Note: aircraft having seat capacity more than 20 seats and intended to fly over water must demonstrate ditching drill and more that 44 seats both partial evacuation drill and ditching drill.
