Human Resources : Responsible for the provision of strategic HR services around HR Planning & Recruitment, Training & Development, Performance Management& Rewards and Personnel Administration.
Finance : Responsible for the provision of finance and accounting services around Financial Accounting, Treasury& Insurance Management, Revenue Management and Financial Planning, Analysis and Budgeting.
Procurement& Contracts :
Responsible for coordinating procurement by suppliers and contractors and managing inventory to ensure continuous availability of all equipment and spare parts required by SANS.
 
Information Technology :
Responsible for the provision of IT Services including the development and maintenance of business applications (non aeronautical).
Administration Services :
Responsible for the provision of administrative and logistical support for the entire organization, including general office
management, transport management, property management and security.
