Duties & Responsability

  • Strengthen bonds among the Authority’s staff and instill a sense of loyalty to it.
  • Organize and manage social and recreational activities.
  • Make arrangements for press interviews with officials in the Authority, and facilitate the tasks of media representatives.
  • Carrying out social responsibility programs.
  • Prepare periodical reports on the achievements and activities of the office, identify areas of possible improvement and make suggestions, and submit them to the department’s Director.
  • Determine and secure manpower and material needs of the office.
  • Perform any other tasks within the division’s scope of work.
