Duties & Responsability

  • Provide media coverage for the Authority’s activities, and provide the media with information after coordination with the concerned administrative units.
  • Respond to media reports about the Authority’s activities in coordination with the concerned department(s).
  • Bolster ties between the Authority and other entities.
  • Oversee all available printed and electronic means of internal communication.
  • Prepare publications and printed materials pertaining to the Authority’s activities.
  • Prepare plans and programs to improve the department.
  • Prepare periodical reports on the achievements and activities of the office, identify areas of possible improvement and make suggestions, and submit them to the General Director.
  • Determine and secure manpower and material needs of the office.
  • Design and prepare media information materials.
  • Perform any other tasks within the division’s scope of work.
