Duties & Responsability

  • Receive the Assistant’s inbound correspondence, paperwork that may require forwarding or signatures, submit them to the assistant, and carry out his instructions in this regard.
  • Finalize and follow up on the forwarding of outbound correspondence as per the instructions of Assistant President.
  • Schedule the Assistant President’s appointments, meetings, and visits.
  • Receive incoming calls and take appropriate action.
  • Receive visitors and patrons.
  • Circulate the Assistant President’s instructions and directives to administrative units that report to him.
  • Maintain any and all documentation of the office of the Assistant President.
  • Prepare periodical reports on the achievements and activities of the office, identify areas of possible improvement and make suggestions, and submit them to the Assistant President.
  • Determine and secure manpower and material needs of the office.
  • Perform any other tasks within the Assistant President’s scope of work.
