Receive the Assistant’s inbound correspondence, paperwork that may require forwarding or signatures, submit them to the assistant, and carry out his instructions in this regard.
Finalize and follow up on the forwarding of outbound correspondence as per the instructions of Assistant President.
Schedule the Assistant President’s appointments, meetings, and visits.
Receive incoming calls and take appropriate action.
Receive visitors and patrons.
Circulate the Assistant President’s instructions and directives to administrative units that report to him.
Maintain any and all documentation of the office of the Assistant President.
Prepare periodical reports on the achievements and activities of the office, identify areas of possible improvement and make suggestions, and submit them to the Assistant President.
Determine and secure manpower and material needs of the office.
Perform any other tasks within the Assistant President’s scope of work.
