Service Difficulty Reporting System (SDRSs)

This service allows the beneficiaries to submit a Service Difficulty Report (SDR), to ensure that aircraft already in service remain in an airworthy state with an acceptable level of safety, any safety problems that appear in service are reported to GACA and the State of Design for corrective action if required. Applicable for GACAR 121, 125, 135 & 145 GACAR Ref. 121.1553, 125.539, 135.695 & 145.103.

Mechanical Interruption Summary Report (MISRs)

This service allows the beneficiaries to submit a monthly Mechanical Interruption Summary Report (MISR) before the end of the 10th day of the following month, This report enables the aviation safety inspector (Inspector) to evaluate the effectiveness of the operator’s maintenance programs and procedures. GACAR Ref. 121.1557 and 135.697.

LSA - Issuance of a Light Sport Aircraft Certificate of Airworthiness (Renewal)

This service allows beneficiaries (Owners or Operators) who have LSA aircrafts registered in GACA Saudi registry to apply for renewal LSA Certificate of Airworthiness (C of A). in addition to Certificate of Authorization (C o A) under GACAR Part 91.

This service allows beneficiaries (Owners or Operators) who have LSA aircrafts registered in GACA Saudi registry to apply for initial LSA Certificate of Airworthiness (C of A). in addition to Certificate of Authorization (C o A) under GACAR Part 91.

Issuance of a Special Airworthiness Certificate (Renewal)

This service allows beneficiaries (Owners or Operators) who have aircrafts registered in GACA Saudi registry to apply for renewal Aircraft Special Certificate of Airworthiness (C of A) or for foreign registered aircraft under 83bis agreement if applicable.

Issuance of a Special Airworthiness Certificate (Initial)

This service allows beneficiaries (Owners or Operators) who have aircrafts registered in GACA Saudi registry to apply for initial Aircraft Special Certificate of Airworthiness (C of A) or for foreign registered aircraft under 83bis agreement if applicable. In any of the following categories: Primary, Restricted & Experimental.
