Flight Operations-General Aviation
This service allows the Operator to apply for certification part 133, OPERATIONS: This subpart sets our certification requirements and content of operations specification and certain other requirements for aerial work operations. and to determine if the Operator meets the rules governing this operation. Successful completion results in either issuance of Part 133 Operating certificate and appropriate operations specifications (OpSpecs) or denial of the application.
Note:
In accordance with GACAR 91.413 a person may NOT conduct rotorcraft hoist operations (RHO) unless authorized by the President.
This service allows an Air Operator to apply for certification part 135 OPERATORS, the scheduled and unscheduled commercial operation of other than transport category aircraft and commuter category airplane operation of each person who holds or is required to hold an Air Operator Certificate ( AOC ) under General Authority of Civil Aviation Regulation , (GACA ) part 119.
Note:
The president may authorize temporary relief from certain section of this part for the purpose of ferrying , training , maintenance , or other special purposes.
This service allows an Air Operator to apply for certification part 125, OPERATIONS: NONCOMMERCIAL OPERATORS USING TURBOJETS, TRANSPORT CATEGORY AIRCRAFT, OR COMMUTER CATEGORY AIRPLANES, and to determine if an Air Operator meets the rules governing this operation. Successful completion results in either issuance of Part 125 Operating certificate and appropriate operations specifications (OpSpecs) or denial of the application.
Note:
None HZ registered aircraft need LOA from the state of registry and approval for all documents (GOM,GMM,MEL,AMP ets.)
