This service allows the beneficiaries to submit a Mechanical Interruption Summary Report (MISR), Service Difficulty Report, and a Malfunction or Defect in SDR to validate that aircrafts already in service are in an airworthy state, foster an acceptable level of safety by promoting product improvement, detecting trends, determining reliability of parts and enabling a more meaningful advisory service to aircraft operators.
Issuance of an Aircraft Certificate of Airworthiness (Initial)
This service allows beneficiaries (Owners or Operators) who have aircrafts registered in GACA Saudi registry to apply for initial Aircraft Certificate of Airworthiness (C of A).
The airworthiness certificate grants authorization to operate an aircraft in flight as the aircraft conforms to its type design.
Application for Special Flight Permit for Delivery Purposes (GACA 21.179 (a) (2))
This service allows the owners and operators of GACA Saudi registered aircrafts to apply for Special Flight Permit (commonly referred to as a Ferry Permit) for an aircraft that may not currently meet applicable airworthiness requirements, but is capable of safe flight, for Delivery Purposes (e.g. Delivering new aircraft to the base of a purchaser or to a storage point.)
Assignment of a Unique 24-Bit Address to Saudi Aircraft equipped with Mode (S) Transponder
This service allows beneficiaries to apply for assignment of a unique 24-Bit address to Saudi Arabian registered Aircrafts equipped or retrofitted with mode (S) transponder(s).
Issuance of an Aircraft Certificate of Airworthiness (Extension)
This service allows beneficiaries (Owners or Operators) who have aircrafts registered in GACA Saudi registry to apply for the extension of their Aircraft Certificates of Airworthiness (C of A).
