Business Plan. & Develop

• Assess, plan and develop the full business and commercial potential of Air Navigation Services
• Prepare Air Navigation Services strategic and annual business plan in conjunction with Corporate Strategic Planning and oversee the budgeting process in conjunction with ANS Finance
• Manage relations with commercial air operators, general aviation operators and the military for optimal customer service in conjunction with Operations Planning
• Assess and analyze Air Navigation Services required investments in conjuction with ATM-CNS Planning and Operations Planning
• Collect, analyze and report air traffic movements (over-flight, landing and taking off) in conjuction with Operations Planning and ATS Operations units at airports for business planning and billing purposes
• Analyze the cost structure of provided air navigation services and compare them to those of other air navigation service providers (ANSPs) to determine optimal service pricing
• Lead organization and people initiatives and projects, such as balance scorecard implementation, business process mapping and redesign, etc.
• Plan Air Navigation Services recruitment and training needs in conjuction with ANS Human Resources and Corporate HR
• Define key performance indicators and review monthly business performance measurement reports prepared by Finance
