- For the duration of the tarmac delay, the air carrier shall provide:
a. Access to toilets, if the aircraft is so equipped.
b. Adequate ventilation and air conditioning or heating.
c. Food and drink.
d. The passenger with the ability to contact people outside the aircraft.
- In the event the tarmac delay period reaches (3) hours, the air carrier shall give the passenger the choice to:
