"Municipal Affairs and Housing" and "GACA" sign a joint cooperation agreement

The Ministry of Municipal and Rural Affairs and Housing signed today a cooperation agreement with the General Authority of Civil Aviation (GACA) in the presence of His Excellency the Minister of Municipal and Rural Affairs and Housing, Mr. Majid bin Abdullah Al-Hogail, and His Excellency the President of GACA, Mr. Abdul Hadi bin Ahmed Al-Mansoori, with the aim of providing a number of housing services to GACA’s employees to those who are entitled to housing support, at the Ministry's headquarters in Riyadh.

 

The agreement was signed by the Ministry’s Undersecretary for Housing Support and Beneficiaries' Service, His Royal Highness Prince Saud bin Talal Al Saud, and on behalf of GACA, the Assistant to the President for Support Services, Mr. Jamal bin Abdullah Al Fuwaires.

 

The agreement aims to enhance joint cooperation between the Ministry and GACA to take full advantage of the possibilities available between the two parties, provide affordable housing services and facilitate the procedures for housing ownership. This in addition to real estate consultant service to present the best financing recommendations and real estate solutions, and to provide the necessary services and needs in line with the desires of the beneficiaries.

 

The agreement focuses on providing appropriate offers from the private sector for the benefit of GACA’s employees, in addition to joint coordination with the competent authorities regarding the possibility of developing the lands owned GACA.

 

The cooperation between the two parties comes within the framework of the qualitative partnerships that GACA carries out with various governmental and non-governmental agencies to strengthen the sector, serve its partners, facilitate access to information and raise the level of transparency. This in addition to working diligently to determine the necessary arrangements and needs to ensure business continuity and the services provided to the beneficiaries.
