1.400 B ATC FORM

Required Documents

1.Copy of valid passport
2.Copy of Saudi ID / Residency permit
3.Two recent photos 3cmx3cm with white back ground (un-covered head)
4.Graduation certificate on Basic Air Traffic Control from a recognized institute by the General Authority of Civil Aviation.
5.Air Traffic Control Advanced Course as required for license.
6.English Language Proficiency Certificate minimum level (4).
7.Copy of ATS Unit Successful completion On The Job Training Report minimum 90 days.
8.Copy of expired or Damaged License.
9.Receipt of the required fees
10.Copy of all paper work to be send to GACA E-Mail SER-CLD@gaca.gov.sa
